02 · brief — within a week
A one-page brief, priced.
Within a week you get a written one-page solution brief with fixed-bid options. It names the stack, the milestones, and what "done" means — so you can compare, sleep on it, or walk away.
03 · build — typically 4–12 weeks
A senior pod, demoing weekly.
A pod of 2–3 senior engineers designs and builds. Standups are written, decisions get logged, and every week ends with a demo running on production infrastructure — not a staging mirage.
04 · handoff — plus 30 days
Leave with everything.
